Training

Summary
I created my own training schedule using different options that I've seen online. I have added scheduled races and developed the training program based on my own schedule.

Guide to my Training Schedule
Weekday Distance runs- Easy runs at a 9:30 to 10 min/mile pace
Walk/Run days- Walk/run days usually 3-4 min run followed by a 1 min walk and repeated
Friday and Saturday runs- Long runs at a 10 min/mile pace (run 9 min/walk 1 min)
Rest Days-  lots of stretching and sometimes a spin class, a strength training session or light cardio.

Credit: I created this training schedule using Hal Higdon's guide and my personal experience.
Disclaimer: I am not a licensed physical trainer or race coach. I simply run for fun and my training schedule reflects that.

Program to be posted soon :)
